Description:
This standard allows Entities, Buildings, Products and Services to make credible claims regarding their carbon footprint, requiring emissions reductions, commitment to ongoing reductions and offsetting any residual through verifiable offsets.
Starting July 2025, organizations seeking to get certified will be audited against Version 2.0. Existing certificate holders will be required to transition to the new version of the standard at their recertification audit.
